1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons dried currants or raisins
2 teaspoons feta cheese, crumbled
